Rose Sale - Angela Campbell

Rose Sale Distribution is July 19, 20, and 21 from 10:00 - 2:00. Three people are needed for each two hour shift. Two at the table to check in orders and a runner to the cooler for the roses. Please sign up on Club Runner for your shift or contact Cathy Coombe at 218-290-7777 and I will add you to the shift sign up. Thank you!

• Will be selling tickets at the Blueberry Festival
• On Thursday, 8/15/2024 will have a rundown of the games
• Set up will start at noon
• Advance tickets $35, $40 at the door
• Tickets back to Terri by 8/12
• Attire for Rotary Staff is black pants, white shirt. Arm bands will be provided
• We are still collecting prizes, if you know a merchant willing to donate, please contact Terri to add the business to her list and let her know that you will contact the business
• Merchant will receive a free ticket to the event. Give their name to Terri and they will be allowed in without a ticket
• Still need an artist for the Cornhold game if you know someone. Joe Baltich donated a beautiful moose picture for the event
• Professional game tables will be separate from Rotary Fun Games
• Five professional game tables
  • Arriving 4:00 p.m.
  • Teaching the games 
  • Running the games
  • Providing decorations for tables
  • Providing $500 chip for participants for games
  • Games run from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
• We have prizes such as Twins and Vikings tickets, Grand Ely Lodge Certificate, 55" TV, large cooler filled with beverages and more coming
• Please arrive by at least 5:00 p.m. or earlier if setting up. Event starts at 5:30
• Ticket buys: 
  • Entry to event

  • Signature drink (TBD)
  • $500 chip for professional games to be turned into $500 in fake cash for the games
  • Availability of Rotary Fun Games
• Turn chips into tickets to enter in a bucket for prize drawings
• Credit card reader will be accepted for fun game tickets
• There will be different color tickets for the different activities
• Players must retain ticket stubs to claim prizes to match to ticket drawn
• Expect 200 participants
• Only cash game will be 50/50
• Will accept donations and tips for the club
• Reviewed Fun Games with the group
